Have been tracking calories in and out diligently now for 3-weeks. In the same 3-weeks, I've begun to exercise with intensity for at least 20 minutes 3-4 times per week. The first week, while I was tracking my food, I was routinely outside of my range for each day. Week 2 I had finally adjusted and have remained within my range every day. Steadily I've been working out with intensity and athleticism and only after 3-weeks have I finally lost my first 2 pounds. My body was simply not going to let go of that and it took awhile to fire up that furnace, I guess. Hopefully we can keep up this momentum.
