1. Lose 20lbs, 20 inches.
~ I'm currently 13.4lbs down and 4 inches down. This includes week 8's weigh in.
~ 6.6lbs and 16 inches to go in 4 weeks. Currently 278lbs.
~ Two weeks to do this. How was this impossible to accomplish? :-/
~ I was a little lighter the first half of the week. :-(
2. Run a 5k in under 43.5 minutes
3. Track my food and water every day
~ Goal! But text edit has become so much easier. Especially when I eat things with 5+ ingredients in it. And I don't follow recipes, so grouping it doesn't help either. I change the formula every meal :-P
4. Continue my 10k training, push up training, sit up training, and squat training.
~ Week 10/11 of 10k training. It's approaching real soon!
5. Run a 10k in under 90 minutes!
~ November 17th!
6. Run a mile in 10 minutes
~ Still 11:02 minutes, I didn't time it Sunday, it was rainy and cold, which makes the track slick.
7. Read one Bible chapter a day (or 7 a week)
~ 1/7, I should finish the Bible by the time I'm 50.

9. Make money
~ No call from pizza place, no Columbia job because I'm not "interested" enough in it to move in less than two weeks before they promised a job where I didn't know where it was in the city. No Charleston job, they're putting a hold on recruiting right now. I apply to at least 3 a day. But nothing new came up in SC this week design wise. Tomorrow I'll apply for temp work since I have gas in my car now. :-P
10. Encourage my team in some way each week.
I calculated our percentage lost and posted it for us to see. I know a few more people will be more active this week, however our team started with about 60 something players. 15 weighed in last week. I wanna believe everyone of the 45+ missed the weigh in and are still dieting, maybe 5 to 10 are that story. Definitely a shocking number to look at.
As for the challenges, completed as always. The sodium challenge last week had a small loss too. I tend to rely on a lot of pasta to get my calories in these weeks. 0 sodium. And yes, I mean plain pasta. Unsalted water, no sauce. Hopefully next week is better when I add my sodiums back in. Most delicious sodiums.
