Goals for BLC Week Seven

I'm so sorry this video is long. I got to rambling, guess it's been a while so that came easily. lol Thanks Lynn and Sweetlips for this week's challenge. I had a rest week, last week so will try my best to move this week.

Thanks for all the get well wishes. I'm getting there. Hope all my spark friends who are under the weather feel better today. Get well soon.

    You look like you've lost weight, your face is so much thinner.
I know you still feel funky with the cold, I hope that all the new fruits and veggies bring true nourishment to your body and heart.
