I'm trying very hard to stay zen about my progress or lack there of, but today that's proving to be difficult. I put in 380 min...6hr 20min of exercise this week. Just under half of that was strength, the rest Cardio, and I'm UP in my weight. I've measured myself this week too and everything went up but hips which went down. 25 (which could be operator error) and waist which stayed the same. I know I have to be making positive changes but a month in and I'm seeing NOTHING and some days it does get to me.
I don't religiously track my food but I will on occasion and I tend to stay pretty consistent with my diet. Maybe not enough.
I just don't know if I'm doing something wrong and of so, what it is. Maybe it's the fact I'm already in an off mood today but I'm trying not to bust into tears right now.
