Absolutely love going to the gym. Love taking the classes and my weight loss has increased since i started. I am super motivated to get to my goal by my Best Friends wedding...Sept 21, 2013. The goal is 210-200 by then. I continously drop about 2 pounds a week so i need to push alittle to get to 10 pounds a mth which will put me at goal. My family has been very supportive and love to hear my updates... I have never lost this much weight in all the other times i have tried so i am very proud of myself. I love to see the changes in my body as the weight comes off... And the Non Scale Changes keep me pushing for more.... Lastly the support i receive on Sparks is awesome... Thanks to all of you you help me everyday to push for more... :-)
