Well, officially week two started yesterday since I started my 90-Day-Challenge on a Saturday. But I'm one of those "the week starts on a Sunday" kinda gals. So, week 2.
I didn't get as much done around the house as I wanted yesterday, but I'm hoping to at least get a few things done today. On the flip side, I got it ALL done on my challenge last week. I did my two shakes a day and walked five times last week for at least 1/2 hour each time. I had to walk by myself yesterday, which was boring compared to walking with my husband, but I basically did a figure-8 around the playground while the kids played. So I did it.
I do want to increase my water this week. That's the plan. 8 glasses of 8oz a day (I don't think I own any cups smaller than 16oz.). I started yesterday and managed to get about 6 1/2, but today, I'm going to try and pace it out a little more so I don't have a near-bladder-bursting situation at 3am again.
