I love to start my day with my workout. An hour on the treadmill and resistance training. What a wonderful way to start my day.
I've spent the last hour or so reading and responding to blogs. It is so inspiring to read how others are doing. What an amazing group of people we are. Taking one day at a time. Sometimes days are good and sometimes days are bad, but the journey will be successful!
