All or Nothing

It has been a long time since I have had an All or Nothing kind of attitude.

I learned years ago that a slip up means nothing in the big picture of health.

I learned not to feel guilty or have those automatic negative thoughts rule me.

I also learned long ago not to "diet" but change my way of eating and think of it all as a lifestyle, so you can't be upset by the ups and downs of life we all have.

It isn't an easy road for many to self discovery, but one that helps your entire life not just your "diet".
