Just entered my weight loss such as it is but grateful 4 any loss at present. I'm not doing any gimmicks to lose weight just eating sensibly at most times unless greed gets the better of me.
I watched a doco on poverty here in the UK the other night and food banks. One of the volunteers at the food bank has to eke out her food so she forgoes 2 meals and eats a dinner in the evening. Now I figured that might be a good plan for me a bit drastic but if the morning and midday meals could be crisp bread, salad or soup and fruit followed by a normal evening dinner it might work so long as I don't get ratty because my body is crying out to be fed properly. I guess it's a matter of training to eat far less and be content. Today I'm joining others in a walk and to get there is going to be a bit of an ordeal I reckon I live closest to the chosen area but those who'll be travelling from Kent will probably arrive before me. It's cold out there but walking will soon warm us up. Oh well I'm curious to meet more Sparkies from the UK. Gotta get stuff done in the house 1st.
