I am changing things this week so my body doesn't get too used to my activity level. I completed my first virtual 5K in 46 minutes so my aim is to get this down to 30 minutes. I was jogging at 6.5kph so this week I will increase to 6.6kph for 30 mins 3 times a week. Every week I will increase my speed until I am doing 5km in the 30 mins. I will also do 2 strength training sessions and try to fit in another 3 cardio sessions of walking or fitness videos.
