Motivating yourself.

I didn't do kickboxing yesterday, since I went for a fun walk with some cute pups instead :) So today after work, I had a job to do. Workout. Saturday night of a home football game. No fitness classes. But I was going to do it.

I updated my workout playlist and jumped on the treadmill.

OH. MY. GOD.

For real. This girl. She can spin. She can kickbox. She can TRX. But running for one minute at 6mph. Killed me. In all reality, I only every really got 45-50 seconds.

That led me to a new November goal. I am setting a goal of being able to run 2 minutes at 6mph by the end of the month.

I finished my half hour, did some weights, stretched and headed home. I even ate pretty good for the day.

This girl is happy, on her way to being healthy and extra motivated today!

I was looking at a bunch of CrossFit boards on Pinterest today and am really intrigued. I think I am going to check out a month of it in January (when I will have more money, and have more time to dedicate to it). Also I decided I am going to do 30 Day Shred over my Christmas break (since it is exactly 4 weeks long this year!)

LMAO - I felt like a badass for managing 10 minutes at 4.5 before I got injured. You've got me beat!

Anyway, you can do it!!
