So I have been sidelined from working out by sciatic nerve pain. I can already feel my body gaining weight my thighs are rubbing together just a little more. Although I'm still feeling pain the Dr said I won't injure myself by exercising. No use in being upset about all my hard work being undone, I'm afraid to step on the scale. Maybe I'll feel better about it if I stick to my my eating and exercise to the letter this week. Tomorrow no excuses back on the horse!
