I look forward to Saturdays, I walk my dogs at 6AM and then go back to bed and I am back to sleep by 7:30 at the latest. Ahh and today was no different. I really love taking it easy on Saturday. It is so nice not to do anything except take care of my pups and veg.
Every now and then I may workout just to get a little blood flow going on. I was looking at the routine that I have changed to and found that I am curious about the 2nd phase. I am following this pretty close except for Fridays, I go to my TurboJam then, I have to Punch Kick and Jam at least one time a week.
RevAbs is intense and it works. I have done the side plank for the first time and omg!! my sides hurt. I have done twisting crunches and bicycles and nothing has hurt my sides like that did. So if you want to see a change do side planks they work.
