Y'all excuse the fact that I always have my hair thrown up in a ponytail, that's why it looks like that. Lol.

Also, I have actually gone below 1500mg of sodium the past 3 days. Yay! I may do better at this than I'm thinking!

Here's the pic of my lunch I told you about. It was SO good!

    I'm so sorry to hear about your ER episode, Cardiologist appt., etc.... I just joined the Lowering Salt Intake Team to help me out with my salt intake. It makes a huge difference in your weight loss and health. Actually easy to do too once you start reading the labels on foods.... wow it's a shocker when you start realizing the salt that is added to foods we buy. YUK!!
Anyway you will be in my prayers and will be here for you as usual my sparkfriend..

    emoticon emoticon 4 lbs is great! I need to be better about my sodium. I average around 3,000mg a day. It hides in so many foods I like. It will be interesting to see what low sodium foods you find.

You Look So Pretty On Here And I See You Really Like The Camera! emoticon I Watch Sodium Content Too Since I Can Tell When I've Had Too Much. I Don't Normally Add Salt To My Food And I Still Have A Big Bottle Of Lawry's Season Salt That I Rarely Use. I Don't Like My Feet Swelling Up. Every Time You Talk About Those Turkey Burgers My Mouth Waters! emoticon Seems Like Your Blogs This Month Is Making Me Hungry!!! Tonight I Had Great Northern Beans, Baby Carrots, White Chunk Chicken, Black Olives, Mild Cheddar Cheese On A Mission Artisan Whole Wheat And Black Bean Tortilla. Total 357 Cals. Now That Tortilla Has 240 mg Of Sodium. Yesterday I Had More Veggies And No Meat Or Black Olives On A Serving Of Tostitos Crispy White Corn Chips And that Sodium Content For Them Is Only 120 mg. So I Have To Watch What I Eat With Those Artisans. I Eat A Lot of Them Since They Came Out. All Of Them Have About The Same Sodium Count And 100 Cals 3 grms of Fiber. Here I Go Again Going Too Long. Well I Enjoyed this Vlog And Look Forward To More. I Think It Makes People More Personable.

    I am so proud of you for losing the 4 pounds! I am also so proud of you for doing SO well with your sodium! I seriously eat like 2000-4000 a day and that is TERRIBLE, but I'm not willing to give up a lot of stuff that I eat because I'm a brat. So for you to cut your sodium so drastically, you are like my hero!! So proud of you! emoticon I am so sorry you are going through so much with your health, but I am so proud of you for doing so much to make sure you get better! emoticon I definitely welcome your tips on lowering sodium, I could use it for sure LOL.
