Did 53 minutes of abs dancing and it felt great. Strangely when my body feels worn out and I get up and do some workout especially dancing, I don't feel so gloomy afterwards. Feels awesome and I feel like I can go on again but too much of one thing isn't always good. Imma keep dancing!!!!!
