*sigh* Back again and was very very sick

Saturday, November 03, 2012

Hi. After my last blog I got very ill. The drs first thought it was pneumonia, then valley fever. I test negative for those, all I know was my chest hurt and hurt bad, I was having trouble breathing, fever, the works. Flat on my back for awhile. Eating pity meals. Now I am better, but I do have diagnosed Asthma, and I am on Advair for it. I am doing breathing exercises and Tai Cheng, which so far has been pretty low key. Trying to strengthen back up. Also, starting next week, going back to bikram, I have a once a week cleaning job there and in return, I get umlimited free classes!
Me eating is still not great, I start a new FB challenge Monday, going back to clean eating.
So that is where I have been, and I'm starting out from ground zero.

Get to feeling better and take it one day at a time. HUGS!

When ever I have trouble with my lungs I take Breathe easy that you can find at a supermarket. My lungs like to fill up with fluid because of my lupus. So I have found that the Traditional Medicinals helps me a lot with my lungs in opening them up.

So sorry you have been so ill. I have Asthma and have learned to live with it. Thought I might out grown it, but no it's been with me a life time.
The last six months have not been my best months either. Seems like if there is a virus, germ, bug out there, I pick it up. At this rate I should build up a resistance to everything. Smile!!. But alas don't think it works that way either.
I hope you take it easy. Being sick, especially breathing can really lay you down, so get back into gear slowly.
I wish you the best.
Hugs Tisha emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
