Post-Baby Stats and Goals (pics)

Overall, I gained 22 pounds with my pregnancy. Gavin is 6 weeks old today and I have 4 pounds left, then 30 more to go. I set a goal to be back to my pre-pregnancy weight by the time he was 6 weeks and I missed it because I've been wishing for breastfeeding to take care of it all instead of eating right and getting some exercise. Well that's gotta change now. I'm cleared by my doctor now to exercise and have to start eating much healthier to give Gavin all the nutrients he needs.

Here are my beginning stats and goals:

Normal weight (size): 142.0 lb (8)
Pre-pregnancy weight (size): 158.0 lb (12)
Current weight (size): 162.0 (12)

Waist: 33"
Hips: 43"
Arm: 13.5"
Thigh: 25"

Goal size: 4 and whatever weight that will be
Waist: 26"
Hips: 36"
Arm: 11.5"
Thigh: 21"

I will only weigh myself every 2 weeks. This has to be about making healthy choices, becoming fit and how I feel, not about numbers. I get a little obsessive with weighing myself and I know it has pretty bad effects on my motivation. I put the scale away when I was pregnant and was easily able to keep my gain within the recommended range.
