I am down another 1.2 pounds this week for a total of 5.4 pounds. I'm not getting outstanding results, nothing like they are boasting in the advertisements. But I keep taking the supplement.
I have upped my calorie intake from 1200 cal a day to 1450 cal per day and I continue with my 10K+ steps per day.
In a "Biggest Loser" Challenge with one of my male co-workers and I want bragging rights.
