So being a 'vidiot' [someone who loves their fitness dvd collection and is quite addicted or tempted to wanting more
], I came across a new workout dvd online, lead by one of my favorite instructors Ellen Barrett, which made me curious as to WHY there would be a theory behind workouts specific for each blood type!?

I was quite amazed to realize that the description for blood type A (me) fits a 100%!
Now I'm not saying I would from now on *only* do those types of workouts as I enjoy a great variety, but it makes me wonder how much about all this is really true!?
