1. Three square meals a day with no junk food snacks.
2. Get outside as much as possible. (I'll be working a lot so this will be hard.)
3. 6o minutes of exercise daily. (I need to resume my back exercises. I stopped them when we went on vacation because they are so boring.)
4. Get back to my goal weight. (Two vacations within 5 weeks has taken its toll.)
