Eat Differently

Last Sunday, I made spaghetti squash. I'm not a vegetable eater but the recipe that I got from SP
gave me another healthy option. Today, I'm making a roast for my birthday(again recipe from SP) which I will serve at dinner. My first roast ever. Slow and easy is the way to go for me and with delicious recipes to help me out, I know I can do it; one meal at a time. A change here and a change there adds up to a very happy and healthy person. I get so, excited when something works and SP WORKS!!! emoticon
