    Okay, I watched your video and you said you see no change. I then, went back, watched a video from 10/8. There is such a difference. Your face is thinner. You look gorgeous.

    i love your Vblog and your blogs. I hope you do more. I can see a difference just like all the others in your face. so, you are let yourself down when you say that you can't see any difference in yourself. I think you are looking at the glass (in this case) half full in stead of half empty .(LOL) Oh well, maybe not a great way to put it for us Sparkpeople with weight lost in mind. (LOL) We want to empty our body of all the excess fat. I went a long time on a stand still and it was killing me and everybody around me, because every time they saw me I was telling them of a new healthy way to eat or exercise that I had found. I tried them all, but this time it had to be a "healthy" way of doing it or I didn't try it. I used to try ANYTHING. I also didn't have the Sparkpeople's tools that I have now to help me track everything so I could know if I did do something not so great or to see what I did when i did get some good results. so, keep on tracking and using the Sparkpeople's tools. It was so good to see you are keeping in touch. I need your contact as much as you need ours. So, give us some more blogs. Wish you the best. Hugs Judy

    You are looking beautiful. Just remember, you need to swap out your exercises every 6 days as your system gets used to it and stops going forward in weight loss. Chris on Extreme Makeover Weight Loss pointed that out. emoticon Wonderful blog. We all see what you don't. We see the changes, you see how far you have to go. We look in the mirror and see ourselves before the weight loss so keep up the great job and give Julie a hug for me.

    I hope that you're daughter feels better! Don't get discouraged, just keep your head up and you'll break that plateau for sure! :) I think the check list type of thing that you are doing for cleaning your house, and taking care of your family would be a great tool to bring into your weight loss plan. Maybe make a list of everything that you want to accomplish throughout the week and then check it off once you do it. I don't know, that's just a suggestion. Stay healthy, you can do this!

    I can imagine that it would be discouraging not to see the scale move, however, from April 2012 till now, your face has made such a change from the weight you have lost already. Just keep going (as you said) and you will win.
Fly lady seems to have many good things they tell their team members. Keep subscribing and keep working. Rome wasnt built in a day.

    Liked your blog. You can't always trust the "Scale". You have lost weight!!! Your clothes fit better - they are looser. Use that tool instead of your scale. It's more accurate.. Take your measurements!!!! That, too, will show you the amount of weight/fat that you have lost. You probably can't see it because you see yourself every day. However, those of us who don't see you except on your Blogs can tell the difference - - trust me!!! You are losing!!!! Your face is much thinner than it used to be!!! Can't tell by the rest of you because we don't see that part of you; but, you we can definitely see the loss in your facial features. One day at a time!! One chore at a time!!! Even when you are working with your husband at your antique store (by the way, I love walking through antique stores) you are exercising with everything you do there - cleaning, pricing etc. Keep up the good work. Believe in yourself!!!!!!!
