We had a nice time shopping. Only downside to all the Halloween FUN encountered this week was the left over candy. As is my usual practice any left overs gets packaged up and saved for stocking stuffers at Christmas time. I designated 3 pieces to treat myself with on Halloween and I was good about it. However I forgot to immediately bag up the remainders this year and left the cauldron on the kitchen counter. BIG MISTAKE!!! I treated myself to 24 additional pieces in the past 2 days before I finally realized what I was doing. My only excuse: I was tired and emotional. Needless to say the cauldron is now empty, and the remainders are sealed tight and hidden well by DH. All in all it actually could have been much worse so I will accept it as a slip up, and move on.

In addition, I appreciate all the nice compliments regarding the Halloween decorations as well as the kindness shown in regards to the remembrance for my mom. Thanks everyone! Have an awesome weekend Sparkies!
