Ok, I know you might be wondering about the spelling but I got it right. I meant waist disposal as in body part called waist. I woke up not feeling too upbeat today because since I started talking about my 18lb goal by Christmas, my scale has decided to stop moving. I woke up furious but had to remind myself to check my NSVs. So I grabbed my measuring tap and alas, my waist had moved!!!!!
I started this year with a 41inch waist. Well, as at this morning I can confidently report a 32inch waist! So scale or no scale my waist is gradually been disposed of its mass of fat. I tried to imagine what 9inches looked like until I remembered that I was holding the measuring tape. I looked at 9inches and said waoh! I am now upbeat and I am sure you agree that the chosen title ":Waist Disposal" is very apt.
