Rest (not really)

Today I did not work out because I was not feeling that good and my body still hurting. I still needed to take care of the house, my son and cook so it was not a totally rest day.
I ate healthy, drunk my water and ate my veggies and fruits. I so hope tomorrow I wake up better. I was not taking any breaks. One day I would do my cardio work out, other I would dance, and back to cardio and so on. Today was the first day in a month I took a 100% break of working out. I feel like a need a massage and sleep till I wake up on my own.. Tomorrow will be better.

    Your body is probably telling you to take a break! It sounds like you are working hard, so you need to reward yourself. I'm sure tomorrow you'll feel 100% better. I know that when you have kids, there is no such thing as a total rest day! :-)
