So it's the 2nd day of my personal 30 day blog challenge, just found out today what the next challenge for the 5% team is, we have to log our food and stay in calorie range, that's gonna be hard for me since I won't have money to buy food til Monday, right now I have 1" pork chops, bacon and sausage for meat and can vegetables, just trying to figure out what to make to eat that is in calorie range is giving me a headache, lol. I also need to get on the ball with my exercise. This week my weight kept bouncing like a ball between 180 and 178, but at least i'm going in the right direction.

    Any loss is a great thing in my book! Grill as much as you can to let the fat drip off, rinse the salt off the canned veggies and you are good for the weekend.
