So it's the 2nd day of my personal 30 day blog challenge, just found out today what the next challenge for the 5% team is, we have to log our food and stay in calorie range, that's gonna be hard for me since I won't have money to buy food til Monday, right now I have 1" pork chops, bacon and sausage for meat and can vegetables, just trying to figure out what to make to eat that is in calorie range is giving me a headache, lol. I also need to get on the ball with my exercise. This week my weight kept bouncing like a ball between 180 and 178, but at least i'm going in the right direction.
