Ok, I have been off the tracking path for most of this year. I know it was a big part of my success during last year's weight loss of 38lbs. I was actually really excited to join the Fall 5% Challenge because maybe, just maybe, there would be a week of TRACKING!!! And this would spur me on....
I have been following clean eating magazine's two week meal plans and shopping from their premade lists. I find myself slipping back into old habits of late however-non whole grain bagels and creamer in my coffee....
This will be an excellent opportunity to refocus.
Now that my horrible nasty cold is hopefully clearing, I may even dust off my treadmill( ok, its not ALL just dust from disuse, some of it is drywall/cement dust haha!) and resume the 30 day weight training program I started a day prior to onset of this cold.
I can do it!! Pump myself up here, literally haha!
I just know there is a holiday function lurking somewhere in the near future. How much would I love to rock that black sequined dress I own and some pumps? And with less tummy roll, please!! Double dose of that!
I think I will go find a photo of the curvy model in it and paste it to my bedroom wall. She can stare at me and remind me to get moving;)
We are half way thru the challenge and I am over half way down in weight if my math is correct. Time to kick it up a few notches and shake my booty! Shake it OFF!!
