Thank goodness its friday,i filled my gas tank after my nail appt. We live several hours from nyc,gas stations within an hours drive are out of gas and its coming north. NOw with the chance of more snow this week,we need more gas for the generator, just in case. I believe the more prepared you are,the less you get hit (fingers crossed). As most of you know,i'm a pharmacy tech,we had very busy days this week. Trying to help this from nj and nyc with their meds. I love my job and love helping people, but it breaks my heart to hear their stories. I hope everyone has a great weekend.
ps-they canceled the nyc marathon,i'm happy, yes, they were kicking people who lost everything out of their hotel rooms for the runners!

So glad you are prepared and have enough gas. You can never be prepared enough, that is for sure.
I was happy to hear they cancelled the marathon, that was just lunacy to think they could go ahead with it.
Hope you don't get hit too hard with the snow and are safe..

Kicking people out of their rooms? I understand the need for business, but really... in a state of emergency you would think people would be less a-holes about it all.

I hope your area doesn't get bombarded with people driving that far for gas. I know that when there is a big rush on gas, I stay home and try not to drive anywhere.

Good luck this weekend!

Hope things get better for everyone now that the storm has gone by. The gas situation is on the news here in MN and it doesn't look good.
