    When did you start gaining weight?

    I gained weight a couple times during childhood, but my height always caught up and evened things out. At 22 I started a serious relationship and my partner's horrible eating habits ruined my vegetarian lifestyle. Boo.

    What was your highest weight?

    150 lbs

    What diets have you been on?

    Vegetarian, vegan(ish), and just plain old 1200 calories a day...oh and a juice fast!

    Is your goal a number on the scale or a size?

    Both. I have size 4 jeans I want to fit into again and want to be in the 120 lb range again

    Whats your fav food?

    Hot dogs, sour cream and cheddar Ruffles, popcorn, sushi, jambalaya, ice cream, coke zero, cookies, donuts, spaghetti, everything!!!

    What is your fav food now?

    Frozen greek yogurt bars, plain greek yogurt, raw fruit, whey protein smoothies, Morning Star vean hot dogs, chicken patties, and sausage links

    What food will you not give up?

    For now, I'll give up any and all for as long as I can, but that usually isn't very long. I plan to eat whatever I want when I get to my goal and continue exercise to maintain. I also plan to monitor my weight and deal with any gains after I reach my goal.

    How will you reward your accomplishments?

    New workout clothes! I love workout clothes! New jeans, new hair-do...maybe a new tattoo..maybe a belly button ring!

    What will you do at goal?

    Enjoy it- maybe eat a hot fudge sunday to celebrate!

    What diet are you following now?

    1200 calories/day and doing the C25K app

    What is you fav body part?

    stomach and legs. My stomach has always responded quickly to ab work and my legs are strong and shapely.

    What are your non scale goals?

    Fit in old jeans, toned-defined abs, get into strength training after reaching weight goal, increase endurance, improve cardiovascular health

    What makes losing weight hard for you?

    Environment, willpower, people who always want to get together to eat...do they think we have nothing in common other than the basic need to eat??? Let's try sharing hobbies instead! What a crazy idea...

    Would you consider weightloss surgery?

    Sure, if I really could not get off the weight I wanted (which I don't think is the case-it seems like I just need to do it) then I would consider liposuction. My view is that if surgery makes a person feel more confident, then that's their choice- and I give myself the same open minded attitude I give to others.

    When did you start gaining weight?
    I was always a "sturdy" kid never massivly over weight but always heavy I started gaining weight shortly after the loss of my dad!

    What was your highest weight? 20st 9lb

    What diets have you been on? soo many, you name it I've tried it!

    Is your goal a number on the scale or a size? Mine is more about a feeling! I'm at a helthy bmi now. I like to get up feeling good! :D

    Whats your fav food? I love any home cooked meal, meal times were a big thing growing up and I love cooking, I'm pretty much obsessed with all food!

    What is your fav food now?I don't have a fav per say, My fav meal is now breakfast it's always cold in Scotland so I love getting the porridge out and adding bits and bobs, it sets you up for the day!

    What food will you not give up? All of it! The only think I am totally against is anything processed!

    How will you reward your accomplishments? New clothes in sizes that fit! :D

    What will you do at goal? Keep on going it's a lifestyle!

    What diet are you following now? eating clean and everything in moderation. I also eat my meals back to front most days with my largest in the morning and smallest at night. unless I find an excuse for a good old sit down meal! I make almost everything that goes in my mouth so I know exactly what goes into it! :D

    What is you fav body part? My legs

    What are your non scale goals? do a sponsered run/walk/ crawl!

    What makes losing weight hard for you? emotional eating, late night snacking!

    Would you consider weightloss surgery? I did at my lowest point (and also highest on the scale) but once I started exercising and feeling better in myself the want for surgery quickly slipped away!

    When did you start gaining weight? I distinctly remember having 'puppy fat' at about 12 or 13. Mum predicted it would fall off in time - which it did. Really started to struggle with it from my early 20's.

    What was your highest weight? 14 stone 1 - recently

    What diets have you been on? Rosemary Conley, Weight Watchers, Slim Fast, 4 day Heart Friendly diet (weird) etc. etc. All work if stuck to. I don't tend to stick to them though!

    Is your goal a number on the scale or a size? Size 12 would be fab

    Whats your fav food? Anything spicy

    What is your fav food now? Chilli

    What food will you not give up? Eggs

    How will you reward your accomplishments? New wardrobe!

    What will you do at goal? Chuck out all the old baggy clothes

    What diet are you following now? None at the moment. Must apply myself

    What is you fav body part? Fingers/nails

    What are your non scale goals? To run again

    What makes losing weight hard for you? Lack of willpower

    When did you start gaining weight? 3rd grade...lost it when I was 17 and started gaining again after I got married.

    What was your highest weight? 334

    What diets have you been on? Too many to name

    Is your goal a number on the scale or a size? number on scale

    Whats your fav food? Anything Mexican

    What is your fav food now? Homemade veggie soup

    What food will you not give up? Fruits and veggies

    How will you reward your accomplishments? Hopefully new clothes if I have an income.

    What will you do at goal? Rejoice and begin maintenance!!!

    What diet are you following now? a healthy one...fruits, veggies, and whole grains, almost no meat.

    What is you fav body part? eyes

    What are your non scale goals? Be able to shop for clothes in a regular store.

    What makes losing weight hard for you? Past failures after lengthy plateaus that I could not break.

    Highest weight: 145

    What diets have you tried? South Beach diet, for about 5 weeks

    Is your goal a number on the scale or a size? Number on the scale (I know, I'm not supposed to focus on it but that's the way my brain works)

    My fav food? Love all sorts, favorite is probably dark chocolate.

    What food will you not give up? none, just try to limit portion size.

    How will you reward your accomplishments? A tablet or laptop

    what will you do at goal? Start learning to maintain it

    What diets are you following now? None, just the SP healthy eating concept

    What is your fav body part? my feet and maybe my arms

    what are your non-scale goals? Right now: 3 minute plank, distinctive arm definition. I set small, intermediate goals so they change pretty regularly.

    What makes losing weight for you hard? Choosing the snacks that are convenient rather than healthy, especially when I'm feeling a munch attack!

    I am not sure, went into denial about it

    What diets have you been on?
    Tried Scarsdale once for about 3 days! also went to WW and slimming world

    Is your goal a number on the scale or a size?
    A size, though I've set 120 pounds as a goal. I should be a UK 10. When I get down to that, I stop. Until I get down to that, I don't stop.

    the one that stymies me every time is bread

    Er. . . not sure there are any. I wouldn't want to give up duck.

    New clothes

    No diet, diets don't work, just the SP plan

    size 18 by Christmas, size 14 this time next year

    I binge
