Goals didn't get done

This week went by too fast for me and I feel worn out. Though I don't feel horrible about it because of the hurricane and I'm helping Mike's family. I feel so tired even after drinking coffee. Not sure what this means but I don't like it. So whenever I get the chance, I'm going to buy some apples. I figured carbs can help. And I keep forgetting to drink water. I'm going to see if I can put something in there to make it more appetizing. I don't have oranges or cucumbers but I do have lemon and lime juice.
I've tried the techniques for waking me up in the morning. They aren't working so far. I put my phone across the room but I always grab it and go straight to bed. I keep forgetting to make the bed when I wake up. The water doesn't do anything for me. Any suggestions?
For now, I will try to stay awake and make dinner for when Mike gets home. He's been going through a lot of stress so I thought that maybe I could make him something to eat. I'm making chicken strips with corn and mashed potatoes. I wonder if keeping the skin on will have more nutrition.
Anyway, here's my goals and good things.

Goals
1.drink more water
2.10 minutes of walking a day
3.finish all art projects
4.Getting out of bed
5.Read a book

Good things
1.did some dog sitting
2.started dinner
3.woke up at 11am
4.played with dog outside
5.drank some water.

    Good goals, and even if you didn't meet all your goals, you're progressing. Keep it up.
