Hey everyone! Is has been nearly two years since the last time I visited this website and I regret that very, very much! It is clear to me now that if I am not actively keeping track of what is going into my mouth and what sort of exercises I am doing that I will not hold myself accountable.
Since my last entry (at a low, low weight of 173 lbs), I have gained back the 12 lbs I lost plus an additional 15 lbs. That's right, folks - this miss is weighing in at a whopping 200 lbs these days, and I'm not very happy about it!
I'm going to use this weekend to get my life back in order. I need to:
- clean bedroom
- organize the kitchen
- stock the fridge and freezer
- make sure I have room to workout
Come Monday, I anticipate being ready to get back into the swing of things.
I had picked up Insanity by Beach Body but found that all of those routines were much too intensive for this broken body of mine. I'm looking forward to doing the quick and easy ten-minute videos here on SparkPeople.
Who's actually still around? How many of those Spark Buddies are still kicking it these days?
