Quick blog rec - do you guys know about

It's a really well-done site for women, doesn't pander to the "Mommy" aspect, but deals with real issues of real runners who happen to have children. Check it out!

Today, I found this blog from them in my inbox and found it an inspiring and interesting case study of how the mind responds to the exercise:

    I've found from personal experience that exercise is helpful to a whole slew of negative emotions. Some of my best runs have been when I was extremely angry about something when I started...and by the end of the run I had put 110% effort into it and had outrun the negativity.

    I've said that repeatedly for decades! I've suffered from PTSD (I hear they're changing the name...whatever!) since 1971. I found that by being in service to Veterans actually started me off in the healing process. I also found in the last two years that if I started to feel an onset of any depression or frustration, any knid of physical activity always made me feel better! Whether it's running by the beach where I train, taking my bike out, playing tennis, or any kind of cross training, I felt accomplished!
    Thanks for sharing this as many need to hear it and embrace a better course of action than to get stuck in the misery of it all!
