I think I had way too much of them today.
It seems that I can't really build muscle at about 2100 kCals. Granted, this intake still causes caloric deficiency, although the deficiency is rather small. It seems that I have to go to 2400kCals to put on muscle (and some fat, inevitably).
That of losing fat and gaining muscle mass at the same time is not happening to me. I wish it did. It has been 2 months, and my strength gain has basically stalled.
The culprit is without doubt being short of calories.
