I usually feel pretty positive when I wake up, but not today. I woke up tired and not feeling so good. I do a lot of work with mindfulness, so I am observing that by reading others blogs, posting to (hopefully) help someone else out, and connecting with others to gain support, I am starting to feel better. I feel ready to exercise and take care of myself by eating good, healthy food. Overall, I feel the spark!
