Now, that I'm normal weight, my original goal, I don't know if I should try to lose weight. I started SP ten pounds heavier. I'm having problems with my appetite. I don't want to eat. I find myself hungry not often enough to eat even the minimum amount of food needed to give me the energy and protein that I need to exercise.
I'm going to try to eat more, but I've been trying to do that all along without much success. I set my ticker for losing four more pounds. We'll see what happens.
