Thankfulness and Time for Change

So since we've hit November it's time for me to really start thinking of what I'm thankful for this year.

1. My husband, daughter, and step-daughter. Each one of them came be a challenge at times BUT they are my world and I love them all.

2. My friends, few but special, and I think it's time to reconnect with the ones I've lost touch with.

3. My happy home. We may not have as much money or as many toys or even a house (still in a little apartment) but we have everything we need.

Also my thoughts for change, need to stop feeling sorry for the state I'm in. Yes, I'm overweight, obese, BUT I'm on the journey to fix that. I've decided to celebrate each and every accomplishment that brings me closer to my goals. No more feeling like I'm less than worthwhile simply because I think I'm 'fat and ugly'. These self degrading thoughts can and will become my worst enemy if I allow it. Stealing inspiration from my favorite SparkTeam (Done being the Fat Girl), I'm DONE hurting myself with negativity and ignoring my successes.
