November 2012 Fitness Goals

November 2012 Goals:
Complete at least 700 Fitness Minutes ( not met. 582 minutes)
Jog/walk/run 15 miles
Jump rope (4000 jumps)
Strength training 8 times (Upper, lower and core) (Not Met)
Major Cardio workout (video, sprinting, high impact) 12 times
350 crunches every night/day (Met but not on a daily basis had to double up a few days.
2 mile non-stop jog by month end (Not met, but will KEEP PUSHING) :-)
Lose 10 pounds
(9.6 pounds but close enough for me) :-)
So I did not meet all of my goals in October but overall I am very satisfied with the outcome. I am increasing some of my goals for the month.
Once again not a true blog just a note to myself to keep me accountable. Let's KICK SOME WEIGHT LOSS BUTT!
