NUTRITION
1,560 Cal; 183 g carbs; 60 g fat; 87 g protein

Calorie Breakdown: 45% from carbs; 33% from fat; 22% Protein

Breakfast
- 1 whole egg
- 1 light English Muffin

Mid-morning
- Caramel Zone Bar

Lunch
- 1 light string cheese
- 1/2 cup brown rice
- 1 cup broccoli

Mid-afternoon
- 1 light string cheese
- 1 small apple
- 3 mini tootsie rolls

Dinner
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/2 cup brown rice
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 string cheese

Evening
- 6 oz. light yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
- fun-sized malted milk balls

I'm getting used to the diet... not required to count calories yet, but I will be so I'm preparing... mentally and physically.

EXERCISE
Seated Leg Extension Machine
Sets: 3 Reps: 10 Weight: 50

Dumbbell Squats
Sets: 3 Reps: 10 Weight: 30

Seated Leg Curl Machine
Sets: 3 Reps: 10 Weight: 70

Standing Calf Raises
Sets: 3 Reps: 10 Weight: 30

Walking Lunges
Sets: 3 Reps: 8 Weight: 30

Single Leg Deadlift
Sets: 3 Reps: 10 Weight: 15

Seated Calf Raise
Sets: 3 Reps: 10 Weight: 30

20-minute run, 10-min walking warmup & cool down
