A NEW MONTH FIRST DAY OF BEING HONEST

DECIDED WITH IT BEING THE FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH NO BETTER TIME TO BE HONEST ABOUT MY WEIGHT LOSS REALLY THE LACK OF IT. I HAVE NOT UPDATED MY TICKER ON MY SPARKPAGE SINCE JUNE. IT IS NOT HONEST NOW BECAUSE I HAVE GAINED 10LBS emoticon HORRIBLE I DECIDED TO MEAUSRE TODAY ALSO. IT WASN'T AS BAD AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. I ONLY GAINED IN MY ARMS AND THIGHS. 1 INCH. COULD HAVE BEEN A LOT WORSE. I WANTED TO BE AT MY GOAL WEIGHT BY THE END OF THE YEAR. THAT WON'T BE HAPPENING. I HAVE TO GET CONTROL OF THIS AND LOSE THE WEIGHT AND KEEP IT OFF.

THINGS I AM GOING TO DO.

1. TRY TO NOT EAT AFTER 7 PM

2. DRINK ALL MY WATER

3. EXERCISE MORE

4. EAT SENSIBLE

I MAY TRY EATING A WHOLE FOOD DIET. HAVE ANY OF YOU TRIED IT ? I REALLY DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT IT I NEED TO DO MORE RESEARCH . IF ANYONE HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE LET ME KNOW. ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO GET BACK ON TRACK WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

    I think that the whole foods diet is about eating foods that you would get just raising on a farm. Not all that processed stuff, not sure but I do think that is what it is..
