Stuck and needing help!

I have been keeping on track with my daily calorie intake, hitting all the right numbers for my body. Working out at least 3 days per week with little walks here and there but the scale won't move!

It's been three months since I saw any movement and I fluctuate 3-4 pounds on the scale normally. Very discouraged and feel like no matter what I do that I can't push past.

I've gotten stuck for about a month or two before but this time I can't figure out how to get past this plateau.

Any suggestions or tips would be very welcome and much needed! emoticon

    More cardio is a huge challenge for me, my least favorite thing to do but I know your right. Just got to get to it!

    Get more cardio if you can! If your cardio is only "little walks here and there", then are you actually getting your heart rate up, sweating, and burning calories? If not, then increasing the cardio or type of cardio (maybe add running into your short walks), then that could do it!
