I have been keeping on track with my daily calorie intake, hitting all the right numbers for my body. Working out at least 3 days per week with little walks here and there but the scale won't move!
It's been three months since I saw any movement and I fluctuate 3-4 pounds on the scale normally. Very discouraged and feel like no matter what I do that I can't push past.
I've gotten stuck for about a month or two before but this time I can't figure out how to get past this plateau.
Any suggestions or tips would be very welcome and much needed!
