completed my maximum weight loss goal

Thursday, November 01, 2012

Back in january 1st 2012 i set up a goal of losing between 80 to 100lbs by oct and im proud to say that i did it,100lbs lost in 10 months,it wasnt easy in the beginning but i force myself and surpass the threshold to the point where you see the food from another point of view and the workout a part of your life,to all the people struggling and starting in this weightloss journey i just gotta say to you, stick to it,even if you dont see any changes for weeks, push it to the limit ,keep doing it until you pass that threshold regardless how long it takes 2 ,3,6 months once you go over that it will run by itself.

DESIDERATA~GIRL: I just keep my intake to 1500 calories every single day religiously but many times were like 1200 and 1300 , and 3 to 4 times a week 30minutes treadmill every time more intense and 45 min weights the whole time challenging me to push it harder and tons of water,i work nights so while im at home through the day i just sit down and drank water water water, still do but i use to drink like gallon and half every day and pounds they just start melting away.

Well done, you must have worked bloody hard to achieve a loss of 100 lbs in 10 months. I'm nearly at my weight loss goal of about 70 lbs and it has taken me on and off for 4 years!! Best of luck with maintenance, I'm very interested in knowing how you succeed

Wow, congratulations! You're so right about sticking with it even when you're not seeing the scale change...if you keep doing what you're supposed to, change WILL happen.

So what's your goal now? emoticon emoticon
