The gym I am a member of is having a "Sexy Beast" contest.
You have to do the following things between Halloween and Thanksgiving
12 Strength training workouts
8 Cardio workouts
4 Flexibility workouts
and you will be a Sexy Beast
I do that and more already so it should be a snap (oh no, now I jinxed myself)
I started yesterday and I am well on my way
3 cardio workouts down already and tonight I am doing a Strength Training workout.
Beast body here I come
