Not feeling it today

I woke up early to get a good workout and did!! But now the day is dragging me down, it's already 1600 hrs or 4:00pm and I have another two hours to work!! I'm feeling a little run down now, I've been going since 0440 hrs this morning.

Is there anything that you my spark sisters and brothers do to get you through that spot in your day?

    I usually take off for a short walk if I can get away. Gets me up and away from the desk (and sometimes away from people, lol). It clears my head. Hope you got through it okay!

    I'm a coffee drinker, so that's usually my pick me up, if that's not for you, sometimes a small and healthy snack is the way to go. Fruit will give you a quick lift, though I sometimes eat a fiber one bar for a bit of variety. Other than that, you can always go for a short walk, clear the mind, and wake up the body. And some days, my spark brother, it's just there and you have to push your way through it and wake up tomorrow and try again. Good luck, man. We are here for you!!
