I woke up early to get a good workout and did!! But now the day is dragging me down, it's already 1600 hrs or 4:00pm and I have another two hours to work!! I'm feeling a little run down now, I've been going since 0440 hrs this morning.
Is there anything that you my spark sisters and brothers do to get you through that spot in your day?
