Fell off the weightloss wagon but I'm back

I had a 2 week slump...I couldn't get motivated to eat right or exercise no matter what I did. But I'm back, brushing myself off and getting back into the groove of things. I have my gym time all scheduled out and will be following said schedule to the letter. Tonight I'll make myself skinless chicken breast, brown rice and spinach for dinner and extra for lunch tomorrow. I've been doing good with my caloric intake today so I'm pretty proud of that. I'm looking forward to getting back in the gym tonight emoticon
I asked my boyfriend to take some pics of me in a bra and underwear for motivation emoticon Not a pretty sight!!! in fact it is down right scary haha. I've decided to do this every 3 months to keep myself motivated and I think it will be nice to look back and see the progress.

    Glad you are back at the exercise! A well rounded program is so important. That being said though, we all have rough times and pulling through them is the best thing you can do!

    You've got your plan and your motivation. Don't worry about a two week slump - you will power right through it. We all need breaks from time to time and now you are back and ready to go!

    Sometimes, it takes photos to motivate us (it did for me), so definitely use those during times when you don't want to exercise or eat healthy. As for the two-week slump, I think we all go through that from time to time. No worries! It's a fresh month, so rock it!
