Fell off the weightloss wagon but I'm back

I had a 2 week slump...I couldn't get motivated to eat right or exercise no matter what I did. But I'm back, brushing myself off and getting back into the groove of things. I have my gym time all scheduled out and will be following said schedule to the letter. Tonight I'll make myself skinless chicken breast, brown rice and spinach for dinner and extra for lunch tomorrow. I've been doing good with my caloric intake today so I'm pretty proud of that. I'm looking forward to getting back in the gym tonight
I asked my boyfriend to take some pics of me in a bra and underwear for motivation
Not a pretty sight!!! in fact it is down right scary haha. I've decided to do this every 3 months to keep myself motivated and I think it will be nice to look back and see the progress.
