After ending September with completion of my first 5K and then a nice long vacation I had a really difficult time getting back on track. I have run a few times over the last couple of weeks and I did reach the 30 pound weight loss mark. So there are some things to celebrate... but mostly... October Sucked Monkey Butt.
So now is time for me to get my butt back in gear. My half marathon is just a few months away and I have to get through my holiday baking without lots of nibbling. So bring on the encouragement and don't be afraid to yell at me to keep me burning. LOL
