This morning, I completed phase 1 of my diet. I weighed in 52 lbs below my starting weight and I accomplished that in 3 months. I've plateaued for about 3 weeks. Phase 2 is going to consist of a strong commitment to exercising. I'm reducing my weekly calorie limit by about 3,000 calories to adjust for my slimmer needs.
I'm looking forward to pushing toward my next goal which is the soft landing. I'm not targeting a number, but I am starting to set myself up for a lifestyle that works for me.
