My November 30 Day Shred

Today is November 1, Day One of my 30 Day Shred )made possible thanks to Jillian Michael's fitness video program of the same title).
My Game Plan:
During the next 30 days every day I will:
Do a level of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred
I will sleep 8 hours every night
I will drink 10 8oz glasses of water
I will consume 1200-1500 calories with limited amounts of junk food
I will weigh myself every five days and record it on my personal check list at home
I will measure my waist, hips thighs, and arms every 10 days and record it on my personal check list at home.
My Goal is to loose 5-10lbs in the next 30 days.
At the end of November I plan on weighing in between 150-145lbs.
