Yesterday You Said Tommorow

Too often we tell ourselves tomorrow is the day. We know that it is an empty promise yet we continue to tell ourselves the same story over and over. It's beating us into submission and we're letting it. Its time to take a stand against the word "tomorrow" and start doing things today.

Very wise and very true, we can make a lot of excuses to postpone what we know we must do in time.

I think we often scare ourselves with an attitude that when we start, we have to do things 100%. I try to talk myself into doing little things each day, and the little things add on top of one another. For example, yesterday I didn't feel like walking, but I did feel like chair dancing & as I have so much fun rocking my head to the music, it didn't feel like exercise at all. But it was exercise, and believe or not, I did break a sweat.

Good vlog. You hang in there. Little steps at a time... You can do it!
