Well the last few months have been ridiculously busy but I am proud to say I am surviving... well my school/work schedule anyway. Sadly my physical and emotional well being has suffered. Though I have been making my academic goals, I have failed in the exercise and eating right category. I haven't been to the gym in 2 months and I have had fast food at least once per week if not more. I am feeling depressed and bloated. Not a good feeling. But...I am not going to have a pitty party. I'm just going to put a smile on my face and do what I did best over the summer. Here is my plan during my tight schedule:

Monday:
Try to stay under 1500 calories, drink 8 cups of water
If not eliptical when I get home, have to walk Missy

Tuesday
1500 calories or less
Water
Eliptical and walk

Wednesnday
1500 calories or less
Water
Eliptical and walk

Thursday
1500 calories or less
Water
Got to the gym! I get off work at 4:30 which is only a half hour more than before, gotta push myself.

Friday
1500 calories or less
Water
Go to the gym after my internship. The gym seriously is right near where I intern, no excuses.

Saturday
Cheat day, can have 1 meal where I eat whatever, allowing 2000 calories today
Water
Walk and do eliptical

Sunday
1500 calories or less
Water
No exercise today

    Life always likes to get in the way. I've been bombarded with all the stressors too. You have a plan and i know you can do it!!
