November WarriorZ Challenge

This month we have one month long challenge and several mini one day challenges.

Lets fight the tradition of the holiday buldge.

The November Month long Challenge is : The 100 mile Turkey Trot.

Beginning Nov1 - Nov 30 your goal is to walk 500 miles. This can be in your home (standing in place), on a treadmill or in the wonderful outdoors.

Veteran’s Day Challenge



**Complete all 3 Parts 2 times**

Part 1 - Interval Training (4 min); 8 Rounds: 20/10 sec intervals

20 sec: Sandbag Squat
10 sec: REST
20 sec: Plank Jump Pushup
Plank jump forward
Plank jump back (w/ push down)
10 sec: REST

Part 2 - Time Challenge (5 Rounds)

10 Pendulum
Walking Pushup
10 Elbow Jumps
Walking Pushup
10 Pendulum

Part 3 - Interval Training (4 min); 8 Rounds: 10/20 sec intervals

20 sec: Sandbag Pulses
10 sec: REST
20 sec: Supergirl Pushup
10 sec: REST

Instructions: 6 rounds

1) Santana push-up - 30 secs
2) Side hops - 30 secs
3) squat jumps - 30 secs
4) Santana push-up - 30 secs

Day after Thanksgiving Challlenge - Burn it Off

3 rounds for time
1) 1*2*3 Burpees - 10x
2) Strict Mountain Climbers - 20x
3) Clapping pushups - 10x
4) Air Squats - 40x
